We provide all services necessary for the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of real estate. We work with clients on such matters as the preparation of purchase and sale agreements, the negotiation of development and construction agreements, and the review of surveys and title commitments. Our team also includes attorneys experienced in the structuring of transactions and entities, whether in the creation of joint venture real estate entities or in the structuring of transactions for optimal tax benefits. Additionally, our team works with clients in the ownership and operation of real estate assets and related facilities, including in the leasing and subleasing of space, negotiation of property management agreements, and re-financing of acquisition loans.

Represented the nation’s largest owner/operator of economy extended-stay facilities in the acquisition of extended-stay facilities in Georgia and Texas.
