Our leisure and hospitality clients operate in a highly regulated environment and are subject to compliance with myriad of federal, state and local laws in connection with the development, management, marketing and sale of their projects and programs. We support our clients in virtually all aspects of “best practices” regulatory compliance including, timeshare, seller of travel, telemarketing, do-not-call, real estate broker and salesperson licensing and registration, as well as consumer disclosure requirements. We also guide our clients in complying with federal and state laws relating to consumer financing (such as RESPA, TILA, FCRA, etc.), as well as navigating general consumer protection laws. In addition, as public facilities, we assist our hotel and resort clients in complying with the Americans with Disability Act (ADA), employment and discrimination laws, environmental and waste disposal laws, building and zoning requirements.
