Suzanne M. VanLeeuwen is an innovative and entrepreneurial business transactional lawyer. She focuses her practice on corporate and transactional business law matters. Ms. VanLeeuwen regularly advises clients on restructuring, negotiating, and documenting their business transactions, including preparing and analyzing shareholders’ agreements, operating agreements, partnership agreements, employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other corporate documents. She also assists clients with mergers, acquisitions, and asset purchases and sales.
As part of Ms. VanLeeuwen’s practice, she assists clients with the purchase and sale of alcoholic beverage licenses in the State of Florida, as well as the analysis and navigation of regulatory requirements related to zoning and land-use matters, including rezoning, special exceptions, and waiver approvals in various counties throughout Florida. Many of her clients have included publicly traded companies, individual investors, big box retailers, physician practice groups, and financial institutions.
