Paige E. McKinney

Paige McKinney is an experienced litigator and associate who counsels clients on labor and employment matters. With a background in medical malpractice defense, Ms. McKinney applies her knowledge in risk management to navigate clients through risk issues prior to litigation.

Ms. McKinney represents clients before state and federal courts and agencies in disputes involving the employer-employee relationship. On behalf of her clients, Ms. McKinney has defended against claims of discrimination or harassment before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and in federal and state courts. She has also assisted clients in restrictive covenant litigation.
