Nathaniel G. Slaughter III practices general business and corporate law, which involves representing small and midsize companies in connection with various legal matters, excluding litigation. Mr. Slaughter also represents individuals in negotiating employment agreements and employment separation agreements, as well as estate planning work for existing clients.
On an ongoing basis, Mr. Slaughter represents multiple small-to-midsized businesses on various corporate and business matters, including contract preparation and review, purchase and sales of divisions or entire businesses, debt financings, reorganizations and recapitalizations. He also prepares wills and trusts for clients whose businesses he represents.
Prior to joining Taylor English, Mr. Slaughter was a partner at a law firm which he operated with Frank Virgin, beginning in 1984. He graduated from The University of Georgia with his JD, cum laude, in 1969, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Georgia Law Review.
