Keely Youngblood is a corporate associate attorney whose primary focus is real estate representation and transactions. Ms. Youngblood has experience in multi-family, office, retail, and hospitality management and development, as well as business entity formation and governance. She represents owners, borrowers, developers, and lenders in acquisition, development, financing, and leasing. She also has experience in state and federal regulatory compliance including the Federal Communications Commission, Federal Trade Commission, Business Corporation Acts, and Sales and Use Tax Acts. Ms. Youngblood has worked on a range of litigation matters and in dispute resolution, from discovery through mediation and arbitration.

Prior to joining Taylor English, Ms. Youngblood was an attorney and Equal Justice Works Legal Fellow for Emory Law Volunteer Clinic for Veterans. She represented veterans before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense. Additionally, she managed the supervision of volunteer students, clinic pro bono partnerships, clinic research, and media relations.

Licensed to practice in Georgia, Ms. Youngblood has presented at Continuing Legal Education Seminars regarding Military and Disability Law and her work was featured on WABE’s “Closer Look with Rose Scott.”
