Keely Youngblood

Keely Youngblood is an associate attorney in the Corporate and Business Group. She primarily focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions across a broad range of industries, including technology, distribution, manufacturing, and construction. Ms. Youngblood also counsels businesses on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, franchising, dispute resolution, business structuring and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Taylor English, Ms. Youngblood was an attorney for the Emory Law Volunteer Clinic for Veterans. She represented veterans before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense. Additionally, she managed the supervision of volunteer students, clinic pro bono partnerships, clinic research, and media relations.
