As a Franchise Specialist in Taylor English’s Corporate Department, Ashley Wagner provides professional and timely guidance to clients regarding their franchise filings. With more than 12 years of experience, Ms. Wagner manages all state franchise filings, drafts and updates Franchise Disclosure Documents, and prepares Franchise Agreements. She also has first-hand experience working with multiple states’ regulatory offices regarding rules, regulations, and case status updates. Ms. Wagner prepares entity formation documents and formative filings.  She has been a critical part of our firm’s Franchise Practice Group since its inception.  

In addition to her work with the firm’s franchise team, Ms. Wagner also supports other areas in our Corporate Department, including aircraft financing and corporate transactions. 

Prior to joining Taylor English, Ms. Wagner served as a corporate and franchise paralegal at an AmLaw 100 firm, and a boutique corporate firm. In these roles, she worked with franchise and business opportunity clients in the US and abroad to prepare and coordinate timely state filings. 

Ms. Wagner is a graduate of The Westminster Schools. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia and her paralegal certificate at Emory University. Outside of the office, she volunteers with Canine CellMates, an organization that uses shelter dogs to break the cycle of incarceration.
