Josie Wall is an associate with the firm’s Corporate Department. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and corporate governance. Ms. Wall has experience counseling domestic and international businesses in the technology, healthcare, distribution and manufacturing industries.
Prior to joining Taylor English, Ms. Wall was an associate at a full-service, mid-size law firm providing legal counsel to small- to mid-sized companies. She has additional experience in non-profit, employment and estate planning matters.
While attending the Georgia State University College of Law, Ms. Wall mediated cases in dispossessory court through the college’s Mediation Clinic and served as president of the Student Bar Association, vice president of the Immigration Law Society, secretary of the Asian American Student Law Association and secretary of the James Oglethorpe Legal Society.
Ms. Wall is an Atlanta native and enjoys cheering on her alma mater, the Georgia Bulldogs, with her beagle, Dooley.
