Jeff Kuntz is a member of Taylor English’s Intellectual Property Department where he assists in advising clients and securing rights in patent prosecution, intellectual property clearance, and licensing. Mr. Kuntz represents clients in multiple industries ranging from packaging and water control to information technology and consumer products.

Before joining Taylor English, Mr. Kuntz was in-house patent counsel for TaylorMade-adidas Golf in Carlsbad, California, where he assisted with securing protection of consumer products in the crowded and competitive golf industry. As a result, Mr. Kuntz brings a unique perspective to private law practice by combining the business understanding of in-house counsel with the expertise of a patent-focused attorney.

Mr. Kuntz graduated from Georgia State University College of Law cum laude in May 2010, where he was a member of Georgia State University’s Law Review, and Moot Court. He also participated in Georgia State University’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, providing tax representation to indigent clients. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, graduating magna cum laude in 2006.
