Harry Teichman brings nearly 25 years of experience to Taylor English as a trusted resource for tax, corporate and estate planning clients. A partner in the firm’s Tax Practice, Mr. Teichman supports clients in a variety of services, including franchising, corporate structuring, wills/trusts, leases, employment agreements and succession planning. He has extensive experience representing real estate developers, startup fundraisers, not-for-profits, franchise and multi-unit business owners, and doctors and other professionals.

Mr. Teichman serves as trusted counsel to his clients, making sure he understands each business and the family dynamics of every client. Known for being a problem solver and thoughtful advisor, clients look to him for corporate advice and seek his assistance in planning for and avoiding expensive litigation. He has successfully represented clients in state and federal tax controversy matters and before the IRS in administrative and federal court proceedings, as well as before Florida taxing authorities.
