Eric A. Tanenbaum

Having significant exposure to the legal community from early childhood has allowed Eric Tanenbaum to understand the value that attorneys provide to their clients, and the value that clients should expect to receive from their attorneys.

Mr. Tanenbaum graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2012, and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 2008. His business endeavors prior to launching his legal career have been instrumental in his legal career. Mr. Tanenbaum combines his legal acumen with his entrepreneurial background to provide creative and efficient legal strategies and solutions to each client’s legal and business issues.

Mr. Tanenbaum focuses his practice on advising clients of all sizes on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, start-ups, franchising and general corporate representation. He also represents clients in the acquisition, development and leasing of real estate.
