Elizabeth Vincent is a senior associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice. Having served as a managing attorney and assistant corporate counsel, Ms. Vincent is experienced in supporting clients with an array of business and technology matters. Her background includes advising clients on data security and compliance issues, technology-related agreements, and enterprise technology solution implementation.
Having served as in-house counsel for large corporations as well as outside counsel for startups, Ms. Vincent understands the need for her clients to not only have a legal solution, but a business solution. She works with clients of all sizes to create policies and procedures to protect and grow their businesses in a manner that makes sense for their size and risk tolerance.
As counsel at Interactive Intelligence, Inc, acquired by Genesys, an international omnichannel customer experience and contact center solution company, Ms. Vincent provided counsel on international commercial contracts, intellectual property, data security, and privacy policy, and technology and employment issues.
As counsel at KAR Global, a global digital platform offering end-to-end solutions for the automotive wholesale industry, Ms. Vincent oversaw the Enterprise Vendor Management legal strategy, advised the digital services lines of business on commercial contracts, managed data security and privacy incidents and initiatives, and built an in-house system for legal matter management to better serve the sales and technology teams as well as their customers.
As owner and managing attorney at EV Law LLC, a boutique startup and technology law firm, Ms. Vincent advised clients on commercial contracts, entity formation, business strategy, business and legal technology, employment matters, and privacy and data security policy.
As a legal specialist at Litera, a streamlined technology for creating, analyzing, and managing documents, deals, cases, and data for legal teams, Ms. Vincent advised customers on options to improve current processes, innovate with new technology, and collaborate with clients in the cloud.
