Diane Festin LaRoss

Diane Festin LaRoss is a member of Taylor English’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Ms. LaRoss has extensive experience navigating all aspects of litigation, through trial and appeal in both state and federal courts. She focuses on general litigation, public and private contract litigation, construction litigation and tort litigation. She also represents public and private contractors, government entities, professional associations and individuals.

Prior to joining Taylor English, Ms. LaRoss served as counsel at Powell Goldstein LLP (now Bryan Cave), a national law firm headquartered in Atlanta, where she focused on state and federal government contracts law and public procurement. She also managed multijurisdictional construction litigation and supervised a national litigation management program for a major retailer in the construction industry. Prior to joining Powell Goldstein, Ms. LaRoss served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia, handling civil rights claims against law enforcement personnel and representing the State in tort litigation.
