Christopher Cathey is a partner in Taylor English’s Litigation Department, with more than 20 years of experience as a litigator. Mr. Cathey represents clients in a variety of litigation matters both in and out of the courtroom, including financial services, real estate, corporate, and creditors rights. He is also experienced in resolving directors’ and officers’ liability, tort, and professional liability, employment, non-competition, and trade secret claims.
Mr. Cathey partners directly with clients on a national basis in financial services, real estate, corporate, and creditor’s rights litigation. His dedication to his practice during the past two decades is reflected in the range of work he has done. Mr. Cathey has worked with individuals and companies ranging from Fortune 500 organizations to entrepreneurial businesses, and he is dedicated to resolving all issues for the wide array of clientele he has created.
