Andrew Keen

Andrew Keen is an associate with the firm’s Corporate practice group. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.

Mr. Keen has a background as a private equity analyst, financial consultant, and conducting due diligence on start up companies seeking angel investments. While in law school, he was an intern for a QSR franchisor in Atlanta and as a research assistant on matters related to corporate governance and trademarks. He earned the Technological Innovation: Generating Economic Results (TI:GER) certificate from Emory Law and the Georgia Institute of Technology. As a member of Taylor English’s Corporate Department, his unique, first-hand experience representing corporate clients enables him to effectively provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate work.
