Robbin Wilder is an attorney with the firm’s labor and employment department. She focuses her practice on management-side employment matters, including advice and counsel on various employment and agency matters, preparing employment agreements and contracts, and litigation.
Ms. Wilder has extensive experience defending clients in both state and federal courts and providing guidance on charges of discrimination, wage / hour audits and regulatory complaints. Additionally, she has conducted Title IX and private employer workplace investigations, drafted employment contracts, settlement and separation agreements, and policies and handbooks.
Ms. Wilder spent more than 10 years working in management-side human resources departments for a variety of organizations, including a beverage manufacturer, home improvement retailers, and healthcare systems before attending law school. These roles provided her with first-hand experience conducting internal HR investigations and working directly with in-house counsel on employee crimes and employment torts. Additionally, she handled a variety of matters, including advising and counseling employees on employee relations and labor management issues, such as pre-hire, recruitment and terminations, compensation, inclusion, employee engagement and development, and confidentiality, non-compete and severance agreements.
Prior to joining Taylor English, Ms. Wilder served as an attorney for an Atlanta-based labor and employment boutique and with a Fortune 50 home improvement retailer advising on employment projects.
Ms. Wilder enjoys watching college football and supports her hometown team the University of Miami Hurricanes. She enjoys cooking, yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
