Hannah Clapp is an attorney with the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. She focuses her practice on environmental litigation and white collar crime involving healthcare fraud.
While in law school, Ms. Clapp served as a law clerk for the firm, where she assisted in a variety of environmental litigation and healthcare fraud cases. She has experience in environmental crime investigations involving the Clean Air Act and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act.
Ms. Clapp has a deep understanding of the Endangered Species Act, National Environmental Policy Act and other federal environmental statutes, the Administrative Procedures Act, and Georgia laws on nuisance, inverse condemnation, and tortious interference with contracts.
While attending law school she served as a graduate research assistant for Georgia State University’s Office of Legal Affairs and a legal extern for the Georgia State Senate.
Outside of the office, Ms. Clapp enjoys hiking and backpacking with her two dogs, Leo and Bear.
