Drina Miller has nearly a decade of experience working with numerous jurisdictions on zoning/entitlement matters and licensing issues. Her expertise in zoning and land use enables her to independently assemble applications for planning and zoning across Georgia.

Drina is also an experienced licensing specialist and has prepared alcohol and license applications for multiple states and for numerous counties and municipalities across the country, including appeal cases. This requires navigating State, county, and municipal requirements as well as various health departments and licensing offices. Drina currently oversees the alcohol beverage application process for a national small grocery chain in 28 states managing the application process for over 3,500 stores.

Prior to joining Taylor English Duma in 2019, Drina played a significant role in obtaining the entitlements for Truist Park, a multimillion-dollar mixed-use ballpark and home of the Atlanta Braves. She also worked alongside the Cobb County manager to ensure compliance for all zoning process applications. Her work on other projects included the approval of combined projects totaling more than one billion dollars.

As a result of her extensive experience and expertise, she serves a full range of clients facing a wide array of challenges while maintaining close communication with the highest degree of confidentiality.
