Taylor English proves that the "modern" law firm works. It was designed, from its inception, to be a firm built on transparency, integrity, and a commitment to the best legal service - at a rate that recognizes that our clients have to grow and profit. I am privileged to be among this caliber of attorneys.

Vanessa Suh represents developers, borrowers and lenders in the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of commercial real estate, including restaurant, multi-family, office, retail and mixed-use developments.

Ms. Suh also practices in the leisure and hospitality and timeshare industries, representing developers in the structuring and regulatory compliance of resort and leisure developments such as condominium, hotel, timeshare, fractional development, condo-hotel, vacation clubs and destination clubs.

Prior to joining Taylor English, Ms. Suh practiced commercial litigation with a mid-sized Atlanta law firm, and advised a multi-state restaurant franchise on compliance, leasing, and resolution of land use issues involving zoning, easements, covenants and liens. Ms. Suh also served as law clerk to Judge Doran in the State Court of Gwinnett County, and intern to the current Georgia Supreme Court Chief Justice Hugh P. Thompson.

Ms. Suh was educated and spent part of her life in South Korea, where her parents still reside. She is fluent in Korean and previously worked as a law clerk at a 950+ attorney firm in South Korea.
