Todd D. Radde is a tax lawyer with a certified public accountant background with a background in a wide variety of tax law areas having worked in Big 4 accounting, law firms, and a Fortune 100 Company. Mr. Radde is experienced in minimizing tax costs incurred in transactions such as corporate integrations, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and from international cash flows.

Prior to joining Taylor English, Mr. Radde was Associate Domestic Tax Counsel at 3M Corporation where he was responsible for planning and structuring internal domestic and international integrations, as well as reviewing the federal, international, and state tax consequences on all acquisitions, dispositions, and any other corporate transaction with tax implications. Mr. Radde also counseled other functional areas on tax issues for captive insurance companies, deferred compensation, and intangible assets. Prior to joining 3M Corporation, Mr. Radde worked for six years in KPMG’s M&A Tax Practice. Mr. Radde worked on structuring and planning mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions for a variety of large domestic and international corporate clients. Before joining KPMG, Mr. Radde worked for three years for Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berowitz, P.C. in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he was responsible for advising buyers, sellers, investors and other parties on all federal and state tax consequences on numerous commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and recapitalizations. Mr. Radde enjoys golf, bowling and cycling.
