Daniel Mosser develops business-focused solutions for clients to solve their most important challenges. As a long-time member of the leisure and hospitality industry, Mr. Mosser helps clients navigate the industry’s confusing and ever-changing landscape to reach their business goals.
Mr. Mosser’s practice spans many aspects of business operations in the travel and hospitality industry, including representation of real estate developers, management firms, financing companies, and travel clubs. Mr. Mosser assists clients in the acquisition, funding, development, and divestiture of real estate assets. He helps clients negotiate commercial agreements, implement new business initiatives, and comply with state and federal regulatory requirements.
Before attending law school, Mr. Mosser served in various operational and business development roles for multiple travel and hospitality brands including Wyndham Vacation Ownership, the Tennessee Tourism Institute, Amber Vacation Resorts, and Kana Hotel Group. Mr. Mosser attended the University of Tennessee, earning a BS in Hotel, Resort, and Tourism Management and a MBA with a concentration in Finance.
Mr. Mosser completed law school placements with MailChimp, Atlanta Technology Angels, Georgia Legal Services Program, and Panasonic Automotive Systems. He prepared for legal practice by earning Emory’s optional Certificate in Transactional Law and Skills, which allowed him to focus his legal education on topics like contract drafting, deal negotiation, and corporate governance. He also completed Georgia Tech’s TIGER program, a two-year curriculum focused on commercializing emerging technologies.
Today, Mr. Mosser draws upon these broad experiences to offer a skill set that is well-rounded and comprehensive. He is dedicated to providing cost-effective legal services that result in favorable business outcomes for clients. Mr. Mosser knows that clients demand clarity, resilience, and determination, and these are the values that characterize his practice.
