
Stephanie Capezzuto

Stephanie Capezzuto is a partner in Taylor English’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group. As a seasoned trial attorney, Ms. Capezzuto has experience in all aspects of litigation, and has tried numerous jury trials to verdict, achieving favorable outcomes for her clients. Throughout her career, Ms. Capezzuto has successfully represented clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, violation of the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act (UFTA), and business torts.
Ms. Capezzuto’s knowledge and skill in analyzing and interpreting complex commercial contracts is a natural complement to her insurance practice, which includes litigating first-party general liability and property and casualty coverage disputes, matters involving bad faith and extra contractual liability, and third-party claims.
Ms. Capezzuto also has a significant background defending childcare providers in a wide range of matters, including licensing and regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, and litigation involving allegations of abuse, neglect, and other violations.
Ms. Capezzuto represents Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and individuals, and litigates before all state and federal courts in the State of Georgia. She has established herself as a versatile and effective advocate for clients across the country, and has been admitted pro hac vice in multiple jurisdictions.
