Catherine Banich is a seasoned attorney with more than 25 years of experience in civil defense litigation. She focuses on complex and catastrophic personal injury claims and has extensive experience in defending claims involving child care, premises liability, general aviation accidents, transportation and trucking, lender liability, and a broad range of other general liability areas. She defends cases throughout Georgia in state and federal court at the trial and all appellate levels. She has tried numerous cases to successful conclusion over her two decades of law practice.
