Athena Warlen is a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice, and her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions.
 
Ms. Warlen has extensive experience representing clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, including office buildings, shopping centers, commercial office centers, industrial parks, apartment complexes, and multi-family developments. She manages all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from inception to closing, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents; analyzing title commitments, encumbrances, surveys, and restrictive covenants; and advising clients throughout the due diligence process. In addition, Ms. Warlen has significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

Before joining Taylor English, Ms. Warlen was an associate at an Am Law 200 firm, where she developed and expanded her commercial real estate practice.
