On Tuesday, October 15, 2019, Partner Li-Chung Daniel Ho will present on "Significant Decisions in Recent Patent Cases and Their Impact on Patent Jurisprudence and Litigation" at the Patent Litigation 2019: Advanced Techniques & Best Practices PLI Seminar. He will give a review of the significant patent decisions of the past year. The impact of those decisions on existing jurisprudence, either individually or as part of longer term trends, appellate decisions will be covered, as well district court decisions which reveal how trial courts actually implement appellate court decisions.
Li-Chung Daniel Ho is a member of Taylor English’s Intellectual Property practice group and devotes his practice to technology law, with emphasis on patent and trademark prosecution, patent and trademark litigation, technology licenses, and service agreements. With more than 20 years of legal experience, he is knowledgeable in all aspects of patent and trademark litigation in federal court, as well as in arbitration setting.
