"Improving Outcomes and Reducing Costs: A Primer on Early Case Assessment," ACC GA

August 12, 2014

The Georgia Chapter of Association of Corporate Counsel and Taylor English Duma LLP will present, “Improving Outcomes and Reducing Costs: A Primer on Early Case Assessment” on Tuesday, August 12, 2014.

In a world of ever increasing litigation costs and risks of negative publicity, Early Case Assessment has become a necessary tool for reducing liability exposure, controlling costs, and freeing up valuable corporate time to focus on more important business goals and priorities.

For many, Early Case Assessment is limited to filtering out non-responsive electronic documents early in the discovery process. However, reducing data is only a small part of an effective ECA program. Actually analyzing case information and building a strategic litigation plan early on can lead to more efficiency in the process as a whole and set the foundation for a quicker or more efficient resolution.

Through an interactive presentation and panel discussion, this  luncheon will help attendees improve the success of their litigation departments by focusing on the key aspects of utilizing Early Case Assessment (ECA) to effectively manage disputes, claims and litigation. Speakers include LeeAnn Jones, Jay Patton, and Michele Stumpe.
