Employee Ownership Conference, National Center for Employee Ownership

On April 10, 2019, CEO Kirk Hancock participated on a panel at the National Center for Employee Ownership's (NCEO) 2019 Annual Employee Ownership Conference. Mr. Hancock provided insight into the advantages of seeking the advice and expertise of outside directors in order to improve a sustainable ESOP company's vision and strategy.

Mr. Hancock joined Taylor English's firm as CEO in 2018 and has more than 30 years of experience as a finance, accounting and operations executive at publicly held, privately held and start-up companies. He works directly with business owners and senior leadership teams to focus on profitable growth and business transformation.
