Timeshare Panel, ARDA World 2019

As outlined in TimeSharing Today’s article, “Legally Weird,” attorney Matthew Flower moderated a panel discussion at ARDA World 2019 in which he and three other attorneys discussed a number of “’strange and taboo topics’” that timeshare resorts face.  Mr. Flower led the discussion regarding the laws surrounding service and support animals and emotional support animals. The panel also covered other important, interesting topics including vaping and marijuana laws, gun laws and the issue of slave labor as each relates to timeshare resorts and properties.
