Compliance Update: The Consumer Review Fairness Act

The Georgia Restaurant Association’s blog published Joseph Sullivan’s article on the Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA.) Previously, restaurant owners could seek damages against consumers who left negative reviews, no matter how honest. Restaurant owners will see a change as the CRFA protects consumers right to leave negative, honest reviews. In his article, Mr. Sullivan discussed what is allowed under the CRFA and what restaurant owners can do to ensure compliance with the CRFA.
