"Retirement is Coming: Some Things You Ought to Know," Law Practice Magazine

Trotter provides guidance on retirement planning by providing suggestions in regards to Medicare, Social Security and estate planning. The article details whether to consider long-term health care insurance and provides recommendations on keeping wills and medical directives up-to-date. The article also defines the new legislation passed in November 2015 impacting Social Security benefits by eliminating the “file and suspend” rule.
