Chapter, "Intellectual Property Litigation," Georgia Business Litigation Book

August 14, 2015

In its 2016 edition, Jeffrey R. Kuester and Michael A. Cicero introduced a new chapter, Intellectual Property Litigation, in the Georgia Business Litigation Book. The past several years have seen an explosion in patent, trademark, and copyright disputes, and these new cases attest to Courts’ nationwide, growing concern for protecting intellectual property. With the Supreme Court’s invested time into patent law – at some points even challenging accepted precedents with far-reaching rulings – the chapter explores patent law’s growth in importance to the United States and the growth of business. Read the full chapter titled, Intellectual Property Litigation.
