Taylor English Welcomes Partners Li-Chung Daniel (Dan) Ho, Neil O’Donnell and Taylor Ward
ATLANTA, August 14, 2018 – Taylor English Duma LLP, is pleased to announce the addition of three remote partners: Li-Chung Daniel (Dan) Ho a member of the intellectual property practice in Illinois, Neil O’Donnell a member of the corporate practice in Washington, DC, and Taylor Ward a member of the real estate practice in Florida.
Ho, a member of Taylor English’s Intellectual Property practice group, is passionate about technology law, with an emphasis on patent and trademark prosecution, patent and trademark litigation, technology licenses and service agreements. With more than 20 years of legal experience, he counsels clients on intellectual property rights, including performing patent freedom to operate evaluations and providing opinions. Before practicing law, Ho was an engineer at Ford Motor Company for six years. While there he obtained his Professional Engineer license in Michigan. Ho earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, his master’s degree from the University of Illinois and his law degree from Case Western Reserve University.
O’Donnell focuses his practice on corporate finance issues. With more than two decades of experience in private practice and as in-house counsel, he has represented small and large clients in a variety of commercial matters across a wide range of industries, including construction, infrastructure and operations arrangements. Additionally, O’Donnell previously handled legal matters for clients while associated with international firms located in Moscow, Russia. O’Donnell earned his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and his law degree from the University of North Carolina.
Ward is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate practice group where he provides legal advice on matters including the purchase, sale, lease and finance of real estate. He works on national hotel and restaurant REITs, as well as industrial space, commercial buildings, retail and shopping centers conducting commercial real estate transactions including loans, sale, lease purchase and workouts. With more than 25 years of experience as a real estate attorney, Ward knows how to solve his client’s challenges and close the deal. Ward earned his undergraduate degree and law degree from Duke University.
