Taylor English Welcomes Corporate Partner Philip A. Theodore

ATLANTA, May 11, 2018 – Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Philip A. Theodore as a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Business practice groups. Theodore brings more than 40 years of experience assisting public companies in navigating the intricacies of federal securities laws and the requirements of sound corporate governance.

Theodore previously served as general counsel for Serologicals Corporation (NASDAQ), John H. Harland Company (NYSE), Zep Inc. (NYSE), Aeterna Zentaris Inc. (NASDAQ) and Medizone International, Inc. (OTCQB). Prior to working in-house for public companies, Theodore was a partner in King & Spalding’s corporate practice.

Theodore counsels clients on corporate governance matters, including credit agreement negotiations and corporate disclosure and general contract matters. Additionally, he advises on all aspects of merger and acquisition matters and ’33 and ’34 Act compliance.

Theodore earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
