Taylor English Selected as Best Place to Work by Atlanta Business Chronicle

September 27, 2013

Taylor English Duma is pleased to announce the firm is again recognized as one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “Best Places to Work.” The firm was ranked 16th in the medium employer category at the Chronicle’s “Best Places to Work” Awards ceremony on September 13, 2013 at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead.

“The Best Places to Work award is a great recognition of what our firm has worked so hard to do – create a flexible work environment while maintaining high quality service in such a demanding industry,” said George Gaskin,  Chief Operating Officer of Taylor English. “Taylor English’s mission to go above and beyond our clients’ expectations is the foundation of our firm culture. We are proud to have achieved this designation, and will continue to maintain the highest level of support and camaraderie among our incredibly talented team.

The "Best Places to Work" ranking is based on company data and employee survey responses. Atlanta Business Chronicle, in partnership with Quantum Workplace, surveys the metro Atlanta area's businesses and organizations to identify those that have discovered what it takes to be among Atlanta's best places to work. Employees of eligible companies were asked to complete an online survey containing questions about their work environment, co-workers and management teams. This year, more than 560 companies and organizations were nominated and more than 400 companies participated, with more than 25,000 employees completing the surveys.

This ranking follows the firm’s recognition on the Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s 2013 list of “Top Workplaces,” an award that is also solely based on surveys about the workplace completed by their employees.
