Taylor English Expands Litigation Practice with the Addition of Partner David Blackmar
Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to expand its presence in the northeast with the addition of David Blackmar. Blackmar will serve as a partner in the firm’s litigation practice group.
Blackmar focuses his practice on environmental law and FDA food regulation. He has more than 27 years of experience representing U.S. and foreign food manufacturers and distributors, consumer product manufacturers, chemical manufacturers, real estate owners and developers, energy companies, hospitality companies, and financial institutions, among other industries.
Blackmar provides comprehensive legal services to food companies of various sizes regarding new product development and claims, FDA food regulatory compliance, environmental regulatory compliance, and food and safety security. He has created a network of leading food scientists, food packaging materials engineers, and environmental health and safety experts to provide clients with direct access to the full scope of services they need to be successful.
He earned his undergraduate degree in environmental economics and his master’s degree in environmental policy and Hazardous Waste Management from Tufts University. Blackmar earned his law degree from Boston College Law School. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
