Taylor English Expands Corporate Practice with Riccarda Heising

Taylor English Duma is pleased to announce the addition of Riccarda Heising to the firm’s rapidly expanding Corporate & Business practice group. With more than 20 years of experience in corporate and commercial law in diverse industries, Heising significantly strengthens the firm’s corporate capabilities. She was previously with Bryan Cave LLP.

“Riccarda’s broad background in assisting media, manufacturing and sports entities in all aspects of their corporate legal needs adds depth to the strong corporate base here at Taylor English, said Al B. Hill, managing partner of Taylor English Duma. “We are excited to have her on our team.”

During her career, Heising has represented a variety of clients, including a major league sports franchise, and outdoor advertising companies and manufacturers on transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, private investments, merchandising and licensing, and sponsorship and promotional arrangements.

Heising is involved in a number of professional and community organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, and the State Bar of Georgia. She serves as president of the Women’s Finance Exchange.

Heising received her bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University, and her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
