Taylor English Duma Expands Corporate Practice with David Cooper

Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to announce that David Cooper has joined the firm’s Corporate & Business practice group. Cooper brings more than 25 years of experience in handling corporate and securities matters, including advising buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, transactions, initial public offerings, reverse mergers, public and private investments in public entities (PIPES), and private placements of equity and debt securities. He was previously with Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. in Atlanta.

At Taylor English, Cooper will concentrate his practice in the area of corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions and public and private securities work.

Cooper is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Cooper earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and his law degree, MBA degree and L.L.M. in Tax from Emory University.
