Taylor English Attorneys Recognized By Construction Lawyers Society of America and Diversity Law Institute

ATLANTA, November 6, 2018 – Taylor English is pleased to announce that the firm has received the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA) Law Firm Award and partner Natalie N. Mark received the Diversity Law Institute (DLI) Diversity Award.

The CLSA Law Firm Award is awarded to North American law firms for high acumen and ability in construction law, construction arbitration, surety and other construction-related fields. Awards are based upon independent research by the society and input of CLSA Fellows.

CLSA is an invitation-only construction lawyer honorary society with membership limited to 1,200 practicing Fellows from the United States and internationally. Henry M. Quillian III and Mark received the CLSA award on behalf of the firm. Quillian litigates and solves commercial disputes in a wide variety of sectors including construction, intellectual property, insurance coverage, real estate and RICO. He has a depth of knowledge in the construction industry that he regularly uses to benefit contractors, owners and subcontractors. Additionally, he has experience litigating trademark, patent, trade secret misappropriation and personal injury product liability cases.

Representative of his work, he has been voted by peers as a Top 100 Georgia Super Lawyer for nine consecutive years and since 1997, has been selected as one of Georgia’s Legal Elite by Georgia Trend Magazine. From 2013 to 2018, he was selected for the "Best Lawyers in America." He is "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell®. Quillian earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.

Natalie N. Mark, co-chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at Taylor English, also received the Diversity Law Institute (DLI) Diversity Award. As the recipient of the Diversity Award, Mark has demonstrated dedicated efforts to advance, promote and support diversity and inclusion in the legal industry. She was recognized at the 2018 International Conference & Induction of Fellows ceremony in Banff, Canada.

At Taylor English, Mark’s practice focuses on counseling clients in all aspects of commercial litigation including commercial contracts and indemnification issues as well as tort related claims. While she handles litigation across several industries, she concentrates heavily in the construction and the manufacturing industries. She is licensed in Georgia as well as the District of Columbia, and has experience in both federal and state courts. Mark earned her undergraduate degree from Kalamazoo College and her law degree from Howard University.
