Taylor English Adds Litigation Veteran Charles McKnight
Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to announce that Charles K. McKnight Jr. has joined the firm in its Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group. McKnight brings with him more than 25 years of experience in representing Fortune 500 companies, privately-held companies and individuals in business disputes and litigation, including domestic and international arbitration and mediation. He was previously with Nations, Toman & McKnight LLP.

McKnight has successfully defended numerous class actions and regularly represents clients in breach of contract, condemnation, construction, fraud, insurance, real property, Uniform Commercial Code, and business tort litigation. His practice has included the representation of clients in state and federal courts, as well as appellate courts throughout the country.
McKnight is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Lawyers Club of Atlanta. He is a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
McKnight received his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his law degree from Vanderbilt Law School, where he was Student Writing Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review.
Following law school McKnight clerked on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
