Taylor English's Vivian Hoard Invited to Join the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation

Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to announce that its partner Vivian D. Hoard has been invited to join the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation. This honor is limited to one percent of the legal profession in each jurisdiction, and represents a group of peer-selected attorneys, judges, law school faculty and legal scholars who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in the profession and service to society. The American Bar Foundation was created by the American Bar Association more than 60 years ago, and is the nation’s leading research institute for the empirical study of law. Fellows are nominated by their peers and elected by the board of the Foundation.

At Taylor English, Ms. Hoard is a member of the Tax Practice, and focuses on civil and criminal tax controversy, tax litigation, whistleblower claims and voluntary offshore disclosures. She represents small business owners, professional athletes, entertainers, attorneys and accountants, and has successfully settled or tried civil tax controversies involving various tax issues.

She earned her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Georgia, and her master of laws in taxation from the Emory University School of Law.
