March 11, 2016

Taylor English announces that Joseph M. English has joined together with fellow business leaders as founding members of the Kennesaw State University (KSU) Entrepreneurship Center’s Executive Advisory Council, a senior-level task force established for the purpose of promoting and advancing the KSU Entrepreneurship Center.

The KSU Entrepreneurship Center believes in the power of entrepreneurship to change lives. The Center’s goal is to infuse its participants with the mindset characterized by serving others, solving problems and creating value. It prides itself on training students and entrepreneurs who desire to better themselves, others and society, and brings together the “best of the best” in entrepreneurship; and providing transformational programs and experiences to the community. The Executive Advisory Council advises the Center’s executive director in helping to foster corporate relations and activities that further the mission of KSU’s Entrepreneurship Center and its passionate students.

Mr. English is a founding partner of Taylor English, and a member of the firm’s employment and labor relations practice group. He relishes the opportunity to give back while advancing the goals of the Entrepreneurship Center.

“Our law firm was founded with the entrepreneurial mindset that rejects settling for a ‘better sameness,’ to borrow a favorite phrase of the Entrepreneurship Center’s executive director Christopher Hanks,” said Mr. English. “It is so rewarding to work with entrepreneurs, both within the Center and in my everyday legal practice.”

Mr. English earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton and his law degree from The Catholic University Columbus School of Law.
