Taylor English Boosts Corporate and Litigation Practices
Taylor English is pleased to announce that Nathaniel G. Slaughter III and Frank W. Virgin have joined the firm’s Corporate and Business and Litigation and Dispute Resolution practices respectively. These additions bring the number of new hires in 2015 to seven attorneys, maintaining the firm’s commitment to strategic growth in key practice areas this year.

Mr. Slaughter and Mr. Virgin were previously partners at Slaughter & Virgin, PC, and have practiced together for more than 30 years.
Mr. Slaughter’s practice focuses on representing small and midsize companies in general corporate and business matters, including contract preparation and review, purchases and sales of divisions or entire businesses, debt financings, reorganizations and recapitalizations. He also represents individuals in negotiating employment agreements and employment separation agreements, as well as estate planning for business owners.
Mr. Slaughter is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and State Bar of Georgia Association. He received his undergraduate and law degree from the University of Georgia.
Mr. Virgin’s practice concentrates on handling civil litigation matters involving commercial contracts, real estate disputes, domestic relations and personal injury, as well as securities arbitration and probate matters. He also represents real estate brokers and brokerage firms in matters relating to landlord/tenant disputes, purchase and sale agreements, closings and real estate transactions.
Mr. Virgin is a certified mediator through the Georgia Department of Dispute Resolution. He is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, Cobb Bar Association, Old War Horse Lawyers Club and is Past President of The Lawyers Club. Mr. Virgin received his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his law degree from The University of Georgia School of Law.
