For its Q&A series with the country’s top tax attorneys, Law360 interviewed Julian Fortuna on the most interesting tax problems he has encountered, top regulatory challenges for 2014, and the most pressing tax concerns for his clients. Fortuna suggests that the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act will cause complications in 2014 when the Act goes into effect on July 1.
