Throughout the episode, Stumpe focused the conversation on three key points: how hospitality liability changed during the pandemic, how restaurants were in need of new legal advice in order to comply and the importance of providing accurate information in restaurant-counsel relationships.

Stumpe noted that during the pandemic her clients needed her but for a new reason. “I was helping them to understand the latest orders and actively working on their behalf with jurisdictions and the state on measures to benefit them.”
