On June 19, 2017, Kean J. DeCarlo was quoted in the AJC regarding a copyright dispute over the design of the One World Trade Center building in New York City. 

In copyright cases involving architecture, plaintiffs must establish that specific copyrighted features from their design or diagram were copied, Mr. DeCarlo said.
