2015 ACC GA Value Challenge, "Reduce Spending. Better Outcomes. Increased Predictability."

Please join us for the fifth annual ACC Georgia Chapter Value Challenge to hear from corporate counsel and law firms who are at the forefront of the changing legal environment. This full day event includes four CLE presentations and afternoon roundtable discussions, which offer ACC members the opportunity to network and exchange ideas with peers. Up to six hours of CLE credit (including one hour of ethics and one hour of professionalism) will be applied for.

Attendance is limited to ACC members and prospective ACC members. 

Thomas A. Mars will moderate the panel, "How to Build and Maintain a High-Performing Corporate Legal Department: Transition from 'Cost Center' to Indispensable and Valued Partner" from 12:15 PM-1:15 PM. Jonathan B. Wilson will host the roundtable discussion, "The Rocky Seas of Spin-offs, Mergers and Acquisitions: How to Land the Deal Efficiently Without Sinking the Ship" from 1:30 PM-2:30 PM. Ilene W. Berman and Scott G. Blews will host the roundtable discussion, "Managing a Workplace Investigation: Legal Challenges for Employers" at the MEET/TALK/ACT Workshop Round Two from 2:45 PM-3:45 PM.
