Northside Neighbor Profiles Taylor English Attorney Michele Stumpe and Invites You to Eats & Beats

April 19, 2013

On April 10, 2013, attorney Michele Stumpe and her husband, Kerry Stumpe, were profiled in the Northside Neighbor for their work with their nonprofit, Children of Conservation. Founded in 2009, the Buckhead-based organization is dedicated to the preservation and protection of endangered animals in Third World countries through education, habitat protection and wildlife support. The main goal is to provide educational scholarships to children of wildlife sanctuary workers in Africa. Kerry explains that the idea is to make sure children of conservation workers have access to basic education in addition to preserving the areas that still have amazing creatures in their wild habitat. Myrna Antar, board member of Children of Conservation, agreed that children of conservation workers must have access to education in order to have a sustainable way of life and to continue animal conservation.
