Obamacare Reporting Requirement for 2015
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) issued a reminder this afternoon to all employers who had 50 or more full time or full time equivalent employees in 2014 of their obligation to file the Obamacare tax returns for 2015. The unusual twist here is that the reporting requirement will apply to employers who were not required under Obamacare to provide coverage to their full time employees in 2015 because they had less than 100 full time and full time equivalent employees in 2014.
