Intellectual Property Rights
We help clients obtain, protect, enforce, license and transfer their Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). In doing this we counsel our clients and assist with strategic management of their IPR. We prepare and prosecute patents and trademarks, and register copyrights on clients’ behalf. We also assist clients to negotiate numerous varieties of transactions with IPR issues such as licenses of all kinds, joint-venture agreements, outsourcing and off-shoring agreements, Nondisclosure Agreements, employment agreements, and internet-related contracts.
