Taylor English’s Corporate, Finance, and Business Transactions Practice Group represents entrepreneurs, businesses (public and private), executives and directors, and investors in matters involving business organization, finance, and operations. Our clients are in virtually every sector of the economy, including manufacturing, retailing, logistics, information technology and e-commerce, entertainment and sports, health care, banking, real estate development, professional and financial services, and hospitality.
Our attorneys come from diverse backgrounds in the business law field, and are mostly former partners in large national and regional law firms and former general counsel of significant private and publicly-traded companies. Several have MBAs and started in other professions prior to becoming lawyers.
